  • Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate and plan travel arrangements
  • Handle and prioritise incoming communication, including email and mail
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide support to the director with various projects and tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
